(2)    The page of "Your Basket Contents" is opened now. Please select the payment method (on the bottom of the order form), and click the "Place Your Order" button.
(3)    The page of "Order Review" is opened now. Please click "Place Your Order" button to get the invoice. If you have selected the Bank/Wire Transfer as the payment method, you will get the bank info and the Invoice link.
