Quickly Delete All Blank Rows in Excel 2007/2010

To delete the blank or empty rows from large lists of data in Excel is very time-consuming. Some users will select each row one by one, and delete them individually. The Delete Blank Rows tools in Kutools for Excel will help remove all the blank rows in one click.

1. Quickly delete all blank rows from Selected Range;
2. Quickly delete all blank rows of active worksheet;
3. Quickly delete all blank rows from multiple selected worksheets;
4. Quickly delete all blank rows of all worksheets

Note: “Delete Blank Rows” supports Undo immediately, and the Undo is one level.

Click "Kutools">> "Edtting" group>> Click arrow button beside "Delete Blank Rows". See screenshot (Fig.1).

Usage:

1. Specify the scope you want to delete blank rows: selected range; active worksheet; multiple selected worksheets or all worksheets.
2. Click “Yes” to delete all blank rows from specified scope. See screenshot (Fig. 2)
