Copy and apply page setup settings from one worksheet to others in Excel 2007 and 2010
When Excel user have made the page setup setting to a worksheet before, and then added other new worksheets in the same workbook for some reasons, how could they do if they want to copy and apply the page setup settings to the new worksheets? Here is a quick way to avoid reconfiguring page setting. The utility Copy Page Setup in Kutools for Excel helps to copy and apply the page setup setting of the current worksheet to other sheets.
Click Kutools >> Printing >> Copy Page Setup. See screenshot (Fig.1 and Fig.2).

Usage:
- Activate the worksheet that contains the page setup setting that you want to copy.
- Click Kutools -> Printing -> Copy Page Setup. See screenshots (Fig.1).
- The dialog box pops up, and you can select the worksheets to be applied with the page setup. By default, all the worksheets are selected, and you can unselect the worksheets by clicking them in the list, or clicking the “None” button to uncheck all of them. See screenshots (Fig.2).
- If the active worksheet contains images in the header or footer, select “Include pictures in headers/footer” to transfer the images to the other worksheets. See screenshots (Fig.2).
- Click OK to copy the page setup settings.
