Backup Current Workbook at Any Time in Excel 2007/2010
Saving a backup copy of workbook can protect your work in Excel, if you accidentally save changes that you don't want to keep. The Kutools for Excel’s Backup Current Workbook tool can back up the current workbook with one click. It allows you to quickly save a copy of current workbook to a specified location.

Click "Kutools" >> "Workbook Tools" >> "Backup Current Workbook". See screenshot (Fig.1).

Usage:
1. Click the "Workbook Tools" button under "Kutools" tab, and select the "Backup Current Workbook" option;
2. In the popup "Save As" dialog box, specify the backup folder, and click "OK" button to backup.
Notes:
If you have never saved a new workbook that contains macros, a dialog box will pop up to mention you these macros will lost.
