Quickly delete all emails from a sender in Outlook

Kutools for Outlook's Delete Emails by Same Sender utility simplifies the challenging task of removing all messages from a specific sender, a process that's notably cumbersome with Outlook's native features. Unlike Outlook's manual and time-consuming method of searching and selecting emails across multiple folders, Kutools enables efficient, bulk deletion in a few clicks. This Delete Emails by Same Sender approach not only saves valuable time but also circumvents Outlook's limitations, such as the risk of overlooking emails and the complexity of multi-folder deletion, ensuring a cleaner, more organized inbox effortlessly.

Step 1. Select one email that you want to delete all emails from this specific sender.

Step 2. Navigate to the Kutools tab and click Delete by > Delete Emails by Same Sender.

Step 3. In the popping-up Delete Emails by Same Sender dialog box, you have two options:

Option 1: Directly delete all emails from a sender at once

1. Click the All checkbox in the left pane under Filter Conditions.
Note: You can see all emails from the email sender you specified are listed in the right pane of the dialog box.
2. Click the Delete button to delete all emails from the specified sender.

Option 2: Delete all emails from a sender at once in a certain date range

1. Click the Date Range checkbox in the left pane under Filter Conditions.
2. Choose a date range by selecting the start and end dates. Click the button in the Start field and the End field to open the perpetual calendar, where you can pick the specific start and end dates.
Note: Once you've selected the dates, all emails from the sender within that range will be displayed in the right pane of the dialog box.
3. Click the Delete button to delete all emails from the sender within the specified date range.

Step 4. A dialog box popping up to show you how many emails have been deleted. Click the OK button.
