Quickly import or export and customize Autocorrect entries in word
Word’s Autocorrect entries can correct words and formats text as you mistype including math and text (e.g. "teh" for "the"). Word’s Autocorrect entries can make you quickly insert long expressions or even entire sentences that you regularly find yourself repeating (e.g. type "yf" to insert "Yours faithfully,"). So it is very necessary for us to export and import these Autocorrect entries when we change to another computer. Quickly export Autocorrect entries
If you want to export autocorrect entries from Word in one computer, please install the Kutools for Word and apply the utility by cliking Enterprise > Export / Import > Auto Correct.
Please checked the autocorrect items that you want to export in Auto Correct dialog box and click Export button. See screenshot:
Please specify a folder to export the auto correct entries. After exporting the auto correct entries, you will see all the exported autocorrect items in the folder as shown in the below screenshot.

Quickly import Autocorrect entries
If you want to import autocorrect entries, please install the Kutools for Word and apply the utility by cliking Enterprise > Export / Import > Auto Correct.
Please checked the autocorrect items that you want to import in Auto Correct dialog box and click Import button. See screenshot:
Please select the folder which contains the auto correct items you want to import. After importing the auto correct entries, you can see the import status in the Auto Correct dialog box.

If you want to customize or specify the auto correct entries, please click the triangle after specific auto correct items, such as the Text AutoCorrect, AutoCorrect Exceptions for Document and so on in the Auto Correct dialog box. See screenshot:
