Easily Cross-reference Captions in Word 2007/2010

You need to open cross reference dialogue box each time for cross-reference, and it may be troublesome to repeat this operation. But with Kutools for Word, Reference Caption lists all captions in the drop-down menu. To cross-reference a caption, you just need to click on the caption item from the Reference Caption list and the caption will be inserted as cross-reference at your cursor position of current document.

put down the cursor at where you need to cross-reference a caption, and click the caption from Reference Caption list. And the caption has been inserted as cross-reference in your document.

Note: You can press Undo (Ctrl+Z) to restore this operation immediately.
