Insert Table Caption in Word 2007/2010 With One Click
You may need to take a few steps for inserting table caption in Word, but Kutools for Word has simplified and combined those steps into one single button. With this tool, you can quickly insert table caption by one click.
Put the cursor in the table you want to insert caption, and click Table Caption from Kutools for Word. It’s done.
Click "Advanced">"Table Caption" on the Advanced Captions panel. See screenshots (Fig. 1).

Never been so easy to configure the options of table caption:
Unlike Insert Caption in Word, Table Caption allows you to add not only Prefix but also Suffix to table caption, such as “Table 1-Part A”. The position can be above or below the table vertically, what is more, you can set it aligned to Right, Center or Left horizontally.
Click "Advanced">>"Options" on the Advanced Captions panel. See screenshots (Fig. 2).
