Batch remove all HTML Controls quickly in Word 2007/2010
When pasting some content from web page in Word 2007/2010, we may paste some HTML Controls that we do not need, such as option buttons, scroll bar, input box, etc. Some HTML Controls can be removed manually by pressing Delete keyboard, but some can't. Even so, it is time-consuming to delete HTML Controls separately if numerous ones. The Remove HTML Controls tool of Kutools for Word is designed to solve this problem.
Remove HTML Controls tool is able to batch remove all kinds of HTML Controls in selection or whole document with only one click, including Input boxes, check boxes, option buttons, command buttons, scroll bar, and more.
Click the "Kutools" >> "Remove HTML Controls". See screenshot (Fig.1)

Usage
Just click the Remove HTML Controls button, HTML Controls in the whole document will be deleted at once. After removing, Kutools for Word will report the removing result with in Clear dialog box. See screenshot (Fig. 2)
If you select a part of current document firstly, this tool will only delete HTML Controls in this selection.

Example
For the sake of example, we copy some content from web page as screenshot (Fig. 3) shows. There are three HTML Controls in this content: two input forms and one command button. Then we find out it is hard to remove the input forms and the command button by pressing Delete keyboard.
After clicking the Remove HTML Controls button under Kutools tab, all of three HTML Controls are remove at once.
