If you want to remove empty paragraph from whole document, you can apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Empty Paras > Remove Empty Paragraph Marks. All empty paragraphs in the whole document will be removed.

Supposing you just want to remove empty paragraphs from a part of document, you should select a part of the document first, and then apply the utility by clicking Kutools > Empty Paras > Remove Empty Paragraph Marks. All empty paragraphs in the selection will be removed.
