Quickly select all captions in Word 2007/2010
When we need to edit or unify all captions' style together, it may be easier if we can select these captions at the same time. The Caption Select tool of Kutools for Word is able to select all kinds of captions in the section or the whole document at one time easily. The Caption Select feature contains three options:
- Quickly select all table captions in the selection or the whole document
- Quickly select all figure captions in the selection or the whole document
- Quickly select all equation caption in the selection or the whole document
Just click one option of Caption Select features, you will select all table captions, figure captions, or equation captions in the whole document easily.
Click the "Advanced" >> "Caption Select". See screenshot (Fig. 1).
