Kutools for Outlook 2.00 – Release notes

Good news, Kutools for Outlook 2.00 is available now. Please go to download and install the latest version from here.

Since the first version of the software, we tried to get the most out of Outlook for enhancing and improving the efficiency of Outlook. In this version, we have added new features and enhanced existing features according to our user feedback.

New features

Reply multiple mails: It allows you to replay multiple emails with the same content.
Tip: Please hold down Ctrl key to select multiple emails which you want to reply all at once.

AutoText Pane: When composing emails, you may find yourself typing certain phrases over and over. With this feature, you can quickly compose email without retyping certain phrases over and over again. You can just easily reuse the same content by clicking on it.

Kutools logs: It will record all logs of Kutools for Outlook. You can go to check the logs for detailed information about how the software has processed the operations for you.

Check Malicious: It will check all hyperlinks of your emails. If the email contains hyperlinks which are familiar as follows, it will be indicated as malicious email.
The display test contains extendoffice.com, but the hyperlink address just contains different domain address extendedoffice.com .

Show Hidden Links: It will display hyperlink address in your email.

Enhanced features

Delete mails by sender: It will display all emails from the same sender of the selected email, and then you can decide how to delete those emails.
Tip: please select an email first, and then apply this feature to delete all emails of the selected email’s sender.

Delete mails by subject: It will display all emails with the same subject first, and then you can decide which email to delete.
Tip: please select an email first, and then apply this feature to delete all emails with same subject of selected email.

Delete duplicate mails: It will display all duplicate emails from the same email folder for you to delete.
Tip: Please click to open an email folder which you want to delete duplicate emails from first.

Delete duplicate contacts: It will display all duplicate contacts as follows.
Tip: Please first navigate to the Contact / People (Outlook 2013) folder.

Delete duplicate tasks: It will display all duplicate tasks first, and then you can decide which task you want to delete.
Tip: Please first navigate to the Tasks folder first.
