1. Secure Temp Folder
Open Outlook’s Secure Temp Folder with just one click. See screenshot:

2. Automatically insert current date in subject
Checking the Add date into subject when new email option in the Options dialog box, and the current date can be automatically added into the subject when composing new emails. See screenshot:

3. Automatically insert date in signature
After checking Add date signature when new email option in the Options dialog box, signature with current date or date and time can be automatically inserted into email body when you composing new emails. See screenshot:

4. Automatically add greeting when replying emails
After checking the Add greeting when reply option in the Options dialog box, it will automatically insert the greeting at the beginning of the email body when replying an email. See screenshot:

5. Automatically zoom to specific size when reading, composing, replying an email
After changing the zoom percent in the Options dialog box, the zoom level will be automatically and permanently changed to the specified zoom when reading, composing, replying and forwarding email messages in Outlook.

6. Support inserting / deleting comments (For Outlook 2010 only)
Please click Kutools > New Comment to insert comment to insert comments when replying or composing emails in Outlook 2010. See screenshot:

You can delete selected comment by clicking Delete Comment button; or Delete All Comments from current email body with clicking Delete All Comments button. See screenshot:
