What shall I do, if the license is invalid?

There are following possibilities to cause the failure:

1. The license doesn't match the version

The license you receive from us is valid for the latest version of the program. So please make sure you've downloaded the software from the Download URL included in the registration e-mail.

2. Please make sure you have installed the right software

Office Tab and Office Tab Enterprise is different. Please download the software you have purchased from our website. If you have a license of Office Tab, you should go to check the About tab in Office Tab Center to make sure you have downloaded and installed Office Tab.

You can access Office Tab Center by clicking Start > All Programs > Office Tab > Office Tab Center.

3. Please copy and paste both the license name and license code to register the software

The license name should include the "- number". You should copy both the "- number" and your name into the license name box. Such as: Jaody kim-1 If the above is all correct, you still could not register the program successfully, please contact us at: sales@extendoffice.com.
