How to export/save charts as PDF files in Excel?
After creating charts in Excel, you may want to save the chart as PDF for presentations, reports, or for other purposes. So how? And how about exporting multiple charts and saving into one PDF file? This article will show you solutions as below:

Export/save one chart as a separate PDF file in Excel
This method is talking about exporting or saving one chart as a separate PDF file in Excel. Please do as follows:
1. Right click blank area of one chart that you will save as a separate PDF file, and select the Move Chart from the right-clicking menu. See screenshot:
2. In the opening Move Chart dialog box, check the New sheet option, and click the OK button.
Note: By default the new chart sheet is named as Chart 1, Chart 2, …. But you can type a custom chart sheet name into box right to New sheet option. See screenshot above:
3. Now you get into the new created chart sheet, please click File (or Office button) > Save As.
4. In the opening Save As dialog box, specify a destination folder to save the PDF file, Select the PDF (*.pdf) from the Save as type drop down list, and click the Save button. See screenshot:
So far, the specified chart has been exported and saved as a separate PDF file already.
Note: This method will move the specified chart from original sheet into a new created chart sheet.

2. In the opening Move Chart dialog box, check the New sheet option, and click the OK button.
3. Repeat Step 1 and Step 2 to move other charts into new chart sheets.
4. Select these new created chart sheets simultaneously in the Sheet Tab bar. See screenshot:
Notes:
(1) To select multiple adjacent chart sheets in the Sheet tab bar, please hold the Shift key and click the first chart sheet and the last chart sheet;
(2) To select multiple nonadjacent chart sheets in the Sheet tab bar, please hold the Ctrl key and click each chart sheet one by one.
5. Click File (or Office button)> Save As, and then in the opening Save As dialog box, specify the destination folder to save your PDF file, select PDF (*.pdf) from the Save as type drop down list, and click the Save button.
So far, these charts have been exported and saved into one PDF file, and each chart stays in a separate page.
