The following simple array formulas can help you to sum all the numbers without taking account of the negative sign, please do as follows:
Please enter any of the following array formulas, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys together to get the correct result as following screenshot shown:
=SUM(ABS(A1:B10))
Note: In the above formulas, A1:B10 is the data range that you want to sum, please change the cell reference as your need.

If you have Kutools for Excel, with its Sum Absolute Values feature, you can quickly get the total of the numbers regardless the sign.
After installing Kutools for Excel, please do as this:
1. Click a blank cell where you want to put the result, and then click Kutools > Formula Helper > Formula Helper, see screenshot:
2. In the Formulas Helper dialog box, please do the following options:
- Select Math option from the Formula Type drop down list;
- Then choose Sum absolute values from the Choose a fromula list box;
- In the Arguments input section, select the list of cells that you want to sum the numbers.
3. And then click Ok button, all the selected numbers are added together regardless the sign of them.
