I added ascending numbers in a row above my data, and adding descending numbers above where I want the new information. I used an HLOOKUP to the existing data array, to achieve the same results. I found this more simple than the explanation above.

I think I need something more advanced. I have put together a map of my local Home Depot store using an Excel worksheet.
The problem is that the front of the Store is on top when I want to create a version where the front of the store is at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

I need something that will freeze a box of Excell data cells and then rotate them 180 degrees so the Front of the Store is now located at the bottom of the spreadsheet.

Hi, Mike, in my opinion, you may want to reverse the column data and keep column header like the screenshot below shown.https://www.extendoffice.com/images/stories/comments/sun-comment/flip.png
If so, this article can help you. How To Flip / Reverse A Column Of Data Order Vertically In Excel?

Hi Sunny,

I probably should have been more specific.

In my store map, I have various Excel cells expanding various lengths, vertically and horizontally.
That's why I recevied the Kutools error basically saying I can't turn your store map 180 degrees because you have merged cells expanding various lengths, vertically and horizontally.

I don't have an account here by if you e-mail me at mike.hump@comcast.net I can send you a copy of my Excell store map.

No, No. I just want to rotate all the cells in a block of Excel cells in the same way you would rotate an image in a graphics program using the Scale tool, as in FireWorks CS 5.5.

I know I will have to redo my text because it will be upside down but that's no problem if I can keep the rotated cell size and its properties after rotating it.

I did a layout of a retail store which took a long time to put together but put the back of the store at the top of the page, and wish to have the back of the store layout at the bottom of the sheet. I can't do it will Kutools because even during the trial, it won't let me do this rotate feature without buying a whole version : ((

So much for Try before you buy : (
