Hello,
the following formula can help you to get all the row numbers of the non-blank cells, please try it, thank you!
=IFERROR(ROW(INDEX($A$1:$A$12,SMALL(INDEX(NOT(ISBLANK($A$1:$A$12))*ROW($A$1:$A$12),0),COUNTBLANK($A$1:$A$12)+ROW(A1)))),"")

=IFERROR(ROW(INDEX(A:A,SMALL(INDEX(NOT(ISBLANK(A:A))*ROW(A:A),0),COUNTBLANK(A:A)+COUNTA(A:A)- N ))),"")
You can replace N with number of items to skip. So to get the second non blank cell we skip 1 so N will be 1 as=IFERROR(ROW(INDEX(A:A,SMALL(INDEX(NOT(ISBLANK(A:A))*ROW(A:A),0),COUNTBLANK(A:A)+COUNTA(A:A)- 1 ))),"")
