Print all sheets on one page with Linked Picture feature

Print all sheets on one page with Kutools for Excel

This method will guide you to copy data from each sheet and paste as linked pictures in a new blank sheet, and then print the new sheet in Excel. Please do as follows:

1. Click the  New Sheet button (or press Shift + F11 keys) in the Sheet Tab bar to create a new worksheet.

2. Go to any one of sheets, select the data in the sheet, and press Ctrl + C keys to copy.

3. Go to the new sheet, right click and select Paste Special > Linked Picture. See screenshot:

Now the content in the specified sheet is pasted as a linked picture in the new sheet.

4. Repeat above Step 2-3 to copy content of each sheet and paste as linked picture in the new sheet. After pasting all contents, you will get a similar worksheet as below screenshot shown.

5. Stay in the new sheet, and click File > Print > Print to print the new sheet.

Till now, all contents of all sheets have been printed out on one page.

If you have Kutools for Excel installed, you can easily print all sheets on one page by its Print Multiple Selections Wizard feature. Please do as follows:

1. Click Enterprise > Printing > Print Multiple Selections Wizard. See screenshot:

2. In the Print Multiple Selections Wizard – Step {0} of 3, click the Add button , select the nonblank range in one sheet, and click OK button to close the Print multiple Selections Wizard dialog box as below screenshot shown.

3. Now you return to the Print Multiple Selections Wizard – Step {0} of 3, please repeat above Step 2 to add nonblank ranges of all sheets, and then click the Finish button. See screenshot:

4. Now nonblank ranges of all sheets are copied and pasted as linked pictures in a new worksheet, please click File > Print > Print to print the new sheet.

So far, all nonblank ranges of all sheets have been printed out on one page already.
