In some cases, we do not want to directly display the specific number of each data in Excel PivotTable, but show the grand total as percentage as below screenshot shown, how can you solve it?

Here is an option that can show the grand totals as percentages.
Right-click on the values you want to show as percentages, then click Show Values As > % of Grand Total. See screenshot:
You also can choose other options to show values in other types.
