Automatically forward all received emails to a specific recipient in Outlook

Generally speaking, we can set a rule to automatically forward emails to the specified recipients, such as your another email account, your Gmail, or your colleagues, etc. But, all we know it will take a long time to configure a custom rule in Outlook. Now, we introduce Kutools for Outlook's (Automatic) Forwardfeature, which can set a auto forwarding rule with several clicks only.

If you don’t want to forward the emails as attachments, but forward them as common forwarded emails, Outlook provides another method. Please do as follows:

1. Create a new folder under your account, I named it Forward, and then move multiple emails you will forward to this new created folder. See screenshot:
Note: You can select multiple emails with holding the Ctrl key or Shift key, and then drag these selected emails to the Forward folder.

2. Make sure the Forward folder is open, and then click Home > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts, see screenshot:

3. In the Rules and Alerts wizard, please click New Rule button on the E-mail Rules tab.

4. Then click Apply rule on message I receive from the Start from a blank rule section, see screenshot:

5. And then click Next button, in the Which conditions do you want to check step, please don’t check any item.

6. Go on clicking Next, and click Yes in the prompt warning box.
(1) Check forward it to people or public group option.
(2) Click the people or public group hyperlink in the Edit the rule description section.

(3) Double-click the desired contact or list from your address book, or type the email address to which you want to forward under To ->. See screenshots:

7. Click OK and continue to click Next, in this Are there any exceptions step, don’t check any item.

8. Now you get into the last Rules Wizard window, please type a name for this new rule in the Step 1 box, and specify the Setup rule options in Step 2 as you need, see screenshot:

9. Click Finish and the emails in the Forward folder have been forwarded to the recipient that you specified as individually emails not attachments at once.

Note that O365 administration can be setup to spot mass sends and stop them. Using a Rule sends emails out rapidly enough to be caught. Workaround is more tedious as you have to send one by one but this can be eased by setting up a Quickstep to foward with the option “automatically send after one minute delay” – here you can click on an email and action and immediately move to the next one. Here you can get maybe 20 emails out a minute without the mass forward police catching you (if your administrators disallow autoforwarding)

this is exactly what I wanted to accomplish with outlook. Thank you so much. One little problem. When I did the rule method, out of 5 messages that I had in the folder, only three got sent/forwarded. Any idea why not all of them?
