Please help. All the instructions are for installing. I had clip art in outlook for several years and the icon is still there. A couple of months ago, it just stopped responding no matter what category I select. I love the clip art and want it back. Can anyone help?
How do you add clip art to a message that is not a New Email message?By Carlene Wade
We get queries into our graphics business, but in reply there is no INSERT CLIP ART or PHOTO. and no modification for the top bar to have those. Why? How other than collecting hundreds of graphics can we respond with graphics from smiley to our guidelines without extra work? New mail is not practical for a reply.

I purchased Office 2016 and find that I can't access clip art in either Word or Outlook. I need directions on how to do that. Please send directions to my email box. Thank you.

1. Click on “New Email” 2. Address your email. (If doing a try-out, address it to yourself). 3. Click “insert” (where it says “File”, “Message” “Insert” “Options” “Format” etc.) 4. From the icons that appear, click “Online Pictures”. 5. A box will appear, headed “Insert Pictures”. 6. Click the “Bing Image Search” icon. 7. 50 or 60 pictures will appear if you scroll down. 8. If, for instance you want some clipart featuring cats, then click on the image named “Cats”. 9. Several pictures of cats will appear. 10. Your selection will be highlighted in a square. 11. Click “Insert” at the foot of the images and your selection will appear in your email. 12. You can either email the image or copy & paste it to another location.

At first I found the "Illustrations" & "Online Pictures" to be faded, and nothing happened when clicking on the icon. As soon as I clicked the body of the intended email, the words brightened up and then everything worked perfectly.

I just want clip art, not photographs. In Outlook 2010, the types of results returned could be limited. How to do this in 2013?
