Outlook has started auto-correcting my email address to a misspelled version when anyone in the company (including me) types in my address in the body of the message - it adds a g at the end of my name. It just started happening a couple months ago. I've tried these instructions but the misspelled name isn't in these dictionaries. How can I get it to stop doing this?

Excellent instructions but did not solve my problem. I want to delete "German" from the dictionary because it should always be spelled "Germán" with an accent. How do I delete the non-accented option?

Great step by step instructions but it don't work...work for an EHR company and want to add that because both Word and Outlook autocorrect which drives me crazy and can lead to really bad communication if I am not careful. Any words of advice??

I feel your pain, as it changes EHR to her all the time. but finally figured out how to do it: file, options, Spelling and Autocorrect, AutoCorrect Options, Replace ehr with EHR, OK. It will ask you if you want to change as ehr was to be replaced with her, say yes.
