Previously I had flag menu with different options like; "today, tomorrow, reminder, etc.". Now I can sign a red flag only. What happened to my old menu choices? Any help?

I updated my outlook to show the flag status in my email, but I'm still unable to click the flag in the column once I changed the setting. I have to right click to set the follow-up instead of just hovering over the email bar. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks a lot for the info, in my case the whole INBOX folder was marked with a Flag with no due date. So i found this article to fix that issue where in the VIEW settings the Flag Due date was selected. So I selected DATE. which fixed my issue.

Annoying I couldn't use "Field Chooser" to add Flag Status to my In Box, but your instructions made it quite easy to add back. Thanks for the nice and clear instructions.

Nova, I found this discussion because of the same question. It looks like it's not possible to move it - something MS decided in their programming. (See: http://bit.ly/2rt4UsV ) It is a shame that little effort is going into email clients any more - not enough $$ to make it worth their efforts.

Dear, how to move flag status to the first??I've changed it to the first in view setting. But it doesn't work in the outlook window. It still stays as the second last. The true last is X(delete). I don't like this placement. Please advise. Thanks.
