How to view distribution list members when composing email in Outlook?
Viewing distribution list members when choosing it as the recipient in a composing email message is a good way to check the recipients in the group. View distribution list members when composing email with Properties function
1. In the new Message window, click the To, Cc or Bcc button to add the distribution list.
2. In the Select Name: Contact dialog box, select the distribution list which you want to view itβsβ members. Right click it and then click Properties from the menu.
After clicking Properties, the Contact Group dialog box will pop up. You can view the distribution list members inside the dialog box.

Besides the above method, you can view distribution list members when composing email with double-clicking it.
1. In the new Message window, click the To, Cc or Bcc button to select the distribution list.
2. In the Select Name: Contact dialog box, select the distribution list and click the To, Cc or Bcc buttons to add the distribution list. Then double click the distribution list you just added to the To, Cc or Bcc fields. See screenshot:
Then the Contact Group dialog box will pop up. You can view the distribution list members inside the dialog box.
