How to view future reminders in Outlook?

In some cases, Outlook users require to view those reminders only triggering in future in Outlook. In this article, I will show you a guidance about how to view only future reminders in Outlook easily.

To view future reminders in a specified Calendar folder in Outlook, you can do as following:

Step 1: Open the Calendar folder where you will view future reminders, and change its view with clicking the Change View > List on the View tab.

Note: In Outlook 2007, you can change the folder view with clicking the View > Current View > All Appointments.

Step 2: Click the View Settings button on the View tab in Outlook 2010 and 2013, or click the View > Current View > Customize Current View in Outlook 2007.

Step 3: Now a dialog box comes out, and click the Filter button in it.

Step 3: In the Filter dialog box, go to the Advanced tab, you need:

(1) Click the Field > All Appointment fields > Start;

(2) Click the Conditior (Condition) box, and specify the on or after from the drop down list;

(3) In the Value box, enter the Tomorrow;

(4) Click the Add to List button.

Step 4: Go on to add another filter criteria with:

(1) Clicking the Field > All Appointment fields > Reminder;

(2) Clicking the Conditior (or Condition) box, and specifying the equals from the drop down list;

(3) Clicking the Value box, and selecting the Yes from the drop down list.

(4) Click the Add to List button.

Step 5: Clicking two OK buttons to close both dialog boxes.

Now It shows only appointments with reminders which will happen on or after tomorrow in current Calendar folder.
