When I am forwarding an email , the Attach File, Attach Item and Signature section is not visible at the top of the Outlook screen. I cannot see where to find it in Outlook 2013 and it is very frustrating.

.... but I don't want to pop out the email, as it takes too much time. How can the signature be added in the conversation view? Thanks.

When you reply to/forward an email, Outlook automatically creates a new tab on the top, next to Home,Send/Receive etc, calling it "Compose Tools - Message". In there, you can find "Signature" and you can add one, without popping out the window. Hope this is helpful.

Salut!

Hi Macro.
The Do not resize images feaure does not work for (large) inline images. Such images are still resampled and recompressed. Sorry can't help you for this.
