How to set a home page for a folder in Outlook?

While using Outlook, you can associate an Outlook folder with web page. If you want to view web page just inside the Outlook, this method will work for you. In this tutorial, you will learn how to set a home page for a folder in Outlook.

For associating an Outlook folder with web page, please do as follows.

1. Right click an Outlook folder which you want to set a web page, and click Properties in the right-clicking menu. See screenshot:

Note: The Outlook folder you have selected should locates in the data file which you have set as default in Outlook.

2. In the popping up dialog box, you need to:

1). Click the Home Page tab;

2). Enter the URL of the web page in the Address box or click Browse button to select a file path you need;

3). Check the Show home page by default for this folder box;

4). Click the OK button. See screenshot:

3. Then the web page will be displayed within the folder immediately.

Note: To remove the home page website within your Outlook folder, you just need to uncheck the Show home page by default for this folder box in the home page Properties dialog box.

I have everything I can think of set to chrome for my default browser however I cannot seem to get this folder to use chrome. I understand Microsoft would rather me not use chrome but is there a way to change this because IE doesnt play well with what I need?
