Excel LOWER function
Description
The LEN function converts all letters in a text string to lowercase. For example, =LOWER("APPle") converts the text "APPLe" to lowercase and returns "apple".

Return Value
The LOWER function returns to all of text in lowercase.
Remarks
The LOWER function does not affect the characters which are not letters, such as numbers, punctuations.
