How to insert an attachment in-text when replying to an email in outlook(using the 'reply' function in outlook, instead of just having the attachment inserted above and separated from the body message?

It could be done when I set 'rich text' in option when creating a new message, but can't when replying to an email in outlook(using the 'reply' function in outlook.

To do so, you can simply double click the message as shown below:

Then you can go to the Insert tab and insert, say, a picture in text.
