Kutool for Outlook disabled

I sent an email on 9/27/2020 and I haven't heard anything.
I cannot use Kutools for Outlook
My email includes screenshots.

I am using Outlook 2019 on a Windows 10 pro completely updated.
I have bought and installed a key for this product.

Outlook has turned off Kutools.

It does not allow me to Enable this add on
When I go into Com Add-Ins and check the box it doesn’t stay checked.

Steps I have tried:

First I tried:
I have run all this as Administrator

Repairing Kutools for Outlook

Then:
I have run all this as Administrator

Shutting down Outlook
Uninstalling Kutools for Outlook
Running a registry repair
Rebooting computer
Reinstalling Kutools for Outlook
Please advise

How do I move forward?
