Hi all

Bug found on day 1 of my trial. Even though I reported the bug, I can not receive any real assistance.
The mail I receive looks like a generic copy/paste reply, as if they are not even reading the bug report
or the body of my mail at all.

Many attempts to contact them sincerely, no success. Has anyone found similar experience?
