Hi all,

Based on the data visible in the attached image, I am trying to achieve the following:

I want table L5-N8 to automatically select two names from the table on the left with the lowest B #. However, while doing so, it should select one of each gender (M/F).

I am struggling to have all the above done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,
Can anyone help me out with the following:

1. Select name in L6 of a particular gender
2. Excel then returns a name of the opposite gender with the lowest B. #.

However, I'm struggling to get a formula to work properly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. As you've probably already guessed, the formula should feed on data on from the table to the left.

Hi sdjelal,

Sorry for the late reply. But from your screenshot, there is no place for gender in the right table. So, where do you want to put the gender?
