Stopwatch/countdown timer Excel

Hello,

Ive successfully added a timer to a score board I created in an excel sheet using the code and instructions from this page:

I was wondering if there is any way to get the timer to count up or down to a specific time? I want to keep the start, stop, and reset buttons, but I need it to count down from one minute one second only, once I press start. (01:01). Thanks for your help!
