elimde 1,23093838 gibi bir veri var bu veriyi 1 gün 0,23 e karşılık gelen saat şekline çevirmek istiyorum.

Please try the formula below: =LEFT(A1,LEN(A1)-8)&" gün 0."&LEFT(RIGHT(A1,8),2)

Note that in this formula, A1 the cell that contains the number like 1,23093838, you should change that to your actual cell reference.
