Finding maximum cell value address within multiple rows

Hi all,

I wants to find maximum cell value address within multiple rows. But it should return only one cell address.
Eg,
if values are:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

This is two row
so formula should return cell address which is having highest value which will be cell address of 10 now.
