Find/Replace and use a cell for each line

I made a graphic to better explain what I am seeking - I will try to use words here but the graphic is easiest I think. Thanks!!

I am trying to replace the "" near the end of this with " {field c2} " whereas field c2 will have unique information per item from the spreadsheet.
