If a column A has the value 1 somewhere, copy contents of Column B to Cell

Can anyone help me out with a specific formula in Excel?

Let just say I have a table with 2 colums the first contains text and the second contains numbers like below.
I want to copy the contents from the first column to be copied together to 1 cell based on the fact if the second column has a 1.

So I want to fill another Cell with the concatenated text Pants, Shirts

Pants	1
Shirts	1
Shoes	0
