Can I link multiple cells from one sheet to another?

am trying to find out how to link multiple non-consecutive cells at once from one worksheet to another. In the attached sample, I am trying to link the data in SheetA to the data in SheetB, I can't do it by dragging, since the data are transposed, and I don't want to do it cell by cell if I don't have to. The original document has 84 columns and 39 rows, and I am trying to break it down into several more manageable worksheets, so I need to the data to be linked.
