Using negative values which change colours

I have this column of negative values

-8.5%
-15.8%
-9.0%
-11.7%
-10.0%
-10.1%
-10.9%
-0.5%
-7.7%
-7.6%

My intention was to have the cells change colour for a specific range, for example

from 0 to -15 the cells would change to yellow
from -15.1 to -20 the cells would change to red

However I cannot seem to get the specific type correct, can anyone shed some light on what to choose when selecting the specific cells?
