Counting Records with Previous months

Hi all, I need to solve an issue i am currently facing. I need to count all the records in a column which are from the previous month.

For Example: in my sheet, in Column A, I have dates of current month. But some records also exist with previous months or years in the same column.
I want to count all those records which are not from current month or year.

Shall appreciate if someone can help me in forming a formula for this purpose. Thanks in advance.
