I have Kutools paid version. my License name is VIRGINIA SMITH-1. This is Kutools for Excel. the menu will not show up. I tried it in the trial then ordered and used the download in the licensing email. Still nothing.

Hi ,
When you say menu did you mean the tabs?
If it's the tabs, in you excel file, please go to File > Options > Add-ins, then find the add-ins related to Kutools and activate them.
