Match up Data from one worksheet to another

I have two very large worksheets. I have to add a column of data from one to the other. I can match on a column to compare the matches but everything is out of order between the two sheets. What Kutools workflow do I use too do this so I can add the data column I need into the other sheet.

Could you please make it clear that what do you want to do with Kutools? Also, the sameple worksheets attachments would be better.

I found that I needed to use the merge table function in this. It has. been running for 3 days - almost finished. It is pulling from a source document with over 500K rows and pushing and comparing this into a list that is 350K of rows.
