I am using Kotools for excel 16.5 with office 365 and every time I attempt to use any of the functions in Kotools tools. Excel disappears from my desktop (closing out every instance of excel from my desktop). I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall, disable all the add-ins expect for Kotools, and reinstall Excel with no change to the problem. Does somebody have an idea what may be going on?
