I think I need version 12.5 as my licence updates expired in Feb 2016

Also, when I install the files you linked to, I get an 'access violation' error - see attached - I am using windows 10 64 bit and excel 2016 32 bit

It's the lifetime license with the 2-year free update support.
After the 2-year free update support, you cannot update to any new version but you can still use the old versions of the software.

For this error "an 'access violation' error", please try to disable all the other add-ins in your Excel add-ins manager.
