Hello. I purchased Kutools for excel and I cannot find the old version to re-install. The only version that I can get is this new 17.00 version that your site has not even been updated to show is the newest version. I tried to install just the trial but it will not let me. It says that I am no longer eligible for free updates. I sent an email to support@extendoffice.com and have not gotten any response.

I need a download for 16.50 or I need my licence extended by 60 days to allow the extension to work. Right now I am locked out and cannot even use my product!!!
