Help! I can not change language in Kutools for Excel.

I bought and installed Kutools for excel and kutools for word in my computer (WIN 10, Office 2016 X64).

The language of Kutools for word has been changed to Chinese automatically after the installation finished. But I can not change the language of Kutools in my Excel. There's only one choice "match excel".

Anyone knows how to fix this? Thanks a lot!!!!

Please try to disable your antivirus software, and then reinstall the software.

Thanks for your reply, but I did not install any antivirus software in my computer. I use windows defender as default.

Hello,

Please try to disable the windows defender and then go to reinstall the software to check the issue.
