Super Filter Is not Working

Hi,
I am a licensed user of Kutools for Excel and I am using the latest version of Kutools for Excel ( Version 17 and 64 Bit) But Its Super Filter function is not working. Please fix my problem. How can I solve it? The "Specified checkBox" is not checked when I am trying checked it for my selecting my Column.

Please update me asap
Hello,
Please try to disable all the other add-ins in your Excel add-ins manager.
If the problem persists, please try to apply this function for a new workbook with some data.

I have downloaded the trial version on my Laptop (32-bit windows 7), its working fine but Not working in my PC ( Paid version, Windows 10 64-Bit)
