Text > Change Case doesn't bring up a window, doesn't block input indicating window is open off screen. Reinstalled KuTools and didn't fix.

I've been trying to fix this for a few days with no luck. Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the trouble. Please try to uninstall the Kutools in your computer, and then download and install this one: https://download.extendoffice.com/downloads/KutoolsforExcelSetup.Inno.exe

Please advice if this one works or not on your computer.
