Failure to register code after 3 years of purchase

Hi,
I get the error "Failure to register software. The free upgrade period of your license has expired..." when entering my key for Kutools for Excel.

My order nº for MyCommerce was 6*******3 (06/24/2019)

Did you try to use the liscense to register the latest versions of Kutools? Since you cannot update the Kutools version after 2 years, please go to this post to download and install the versions you could use: https://www.extendoffice.com/forum/5-kutools-for-excel/816-previous-versions-of-kutools-for-excel.html

To upgrade to new versions, please purchase a new liscence.
